Going to the dentist shouldn’t be a terrible thing, and it isn’t if you make a habit of regularly going to prevent problems before they start. Preventative dentistry is the key to a healthy mouth and happy dentist visits.
Preventative dentistry doesn’t only take place in the dentist’s office: It involves practicing good dental hygiene at home. This includes regular brushing and flossing, at least twice a day or preferably, after every meal.
